SHOW NIGHT INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1.    Variety Show Night will be Thursday, March 17th.  The show will begin at 6:30.

 

2.    Doors will open at 6:00 pm for seating.

 

3.    DVD’s will be available for purchase in the Lobby on Show Night for $15.00 each.

 

4.    Act 1 participants and announcers must arrive at 6:00 and go to the Green Room for directions.

 

5.    During Act 1, Act 2 participants should be in the audience sitting with family.  During Intermission,

       Act 2 students will be asked to move to the Green Room.

 

6.    All props must be collected from stage after the Variety Show performance is completed.

 

7.    The Y5, K, and 1st Grade classes will be required to arrive to the back hallway at 6:15 pm on Show Night and

       find their teacher.  They will be allowed to exit stage and go back into the audience immediately after their

       performance to sit with family.
