Rosy Mound Enrichment Program
The Rosy Mound Parent Teacher Association is pleased to announce the beginning of an exciting new program at our school. Starting in the fall, we will begin an Enrichment Program for our students. The Enrichment Program is a series of after-school classes that are being developed to offer learning opportunities outside of the classrooms.
This program will not attempt to replace or duplicate any NORP class offerings. It is not intended to replace regular classroom or private lessons. The Enrichment Program has been designed to be self-supporting: a minimal fee will be charged for each class. Our goal is to provide a fun “extra-curricular” learning experience for your child at a value to you. This program is not a fundraiser
We are currently seeking instructors and would like to give the first opportunity to Rosy Mound families. Do you have a craft, skill, or hobby that you enjoy teaching? Here are just a few of some of the types of classes we’d like to offer, but the sky is the limit!

● Book Clubs ● Dance
● Jewelry Making ● Cooking
● Creative Painting / Art ● Special Holiday Crafts
● Pottery / Clay ● Kid’s Yoga
● Science / Ecology ● Photography
If you are interested in being considered as an instructor, we would love the opportunity to speak with you. We will work with you to develop and implement your course. Note that all instructors will be compensated and will be required to sign a contract. As an instructor, you will also need to pass a criminal background check.
